The Lincoln Chapter AGO, through the Lillian Slaughter Memorial Fund, is pleased to offer a one-time $500 study grant to new students of the organ who wish to study with a teacher who is a member of the Lincoln AGO Chapter. Applicants may be of any age and may apply at any time during the year. Scholarship money is intended primarily to assist with the cost of lessons but may also be used to purchase organ shoes and music at the student’s discretion. Students are expected to use study grant funds for lesson fees/tuition, organ shoes, and music purchases. If a student should cease instruction before the funds are utilized, the student is expected to return excess funds to the chapter.
