How do I join AGO and what does it cost?
Fill out the membership form and mail it to the Lincoln Chapter, Treasurer. The annual dues are $84 for a regular member, with other options listed on the membership form.
The AGO seeks to help all of its members, no matter what their denomination:
- through education and instruction at local chapter meetings, workshops and seminars, and through regional and national conferences
- through AGO publications — The American Organist, pamphlets, cassette tape recordings, self-help training materials and local publications, such as the Chiff Chat
- through correspondence with members at the local, regional and national levels providing advice and counsel on choral and organ matters as well as professional concerns pertaining to employment
- through the AGO Professional Certification program which seeks to standardize certain levels of musical expertise and provide professional recognition of our member's ability
