Dear Prospective Exhibitor,
In this packet you will find the information and registration forms required to participate as an exhibitor at
the Winds on the Prairie – Organ Festival 2007, a Convention of the American Guild of Organists, Region VI to
be held in Lincoln, Nebraska June 18 – 21, 2007. The Cornhusker Marriott Hotel will be the official site of the
convention. Conveniently located downtown at 333 South 13th Street, the legendary Cornhusker Hotel is near
Lincoln’s historic Haymarket District, the University of Nebraska campus, many notable churches and organs,
and a wide selection of exciting dining experiences. This promises to be a highly attended convention giving
valuable exposure to a prime segment of your target audience.
The spacious lower level Lobby of the hotel will host the Exhibit Hall and provide space for ten display booths, each 10 ft. by 10 ft. Three additional demonstration rooms are available, each opening into the lower level Lobby of the hotel. Demonstration rooms will be shared with workshop events, helping to increase your visibility during the convention. Exhibitors intending to demonstrate sound producing instruments must use these rooms. Exhibit booth prices will be reduced by 10% when booths are acquired along with a full priced demonstration room. The option of including your flyer or brochure in each attendee’s registration packet is also available.
Exhibitors will be permitted to use movers of their choice for pianos, organs, and related equipment into and
out of the hotel. The freight elevator to the lower level will be available for your moving equipment in and
out, for the duration of the convention. Access to the freight elevator is on the south side of the hotel on
“L” Street.
Please read the enclosed documents carefully, complete the Exhibitor Contract form and mail it with your payment
by DECEMBER 15, 2006. Exhibit space and demonstration room requests will be assigned as they are received. Don’t
wait! Spaces are sure to sell out and prime locations will go quickly.
