We (the undersigned) hereby request exhibit space and/or services as indicated below. We have read and understand that the
General Regulations for Exhibitors and the packet instructions are part of this contract and agree to abide by them.
 
    Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
  • Spaces will be assigned based on date and time of your postmark.
  • All contracts are to be sent to the address indicated on the bottom of this page.
  • There will be one (1) complimentary convention registration included with each booth space in the lower level Lobby.
  • There will be two (2) complimentary convention registrations with each demonstration room.
  • Complimentary wireless internet access and standard power strip are provided by The Cornhusker Marriott Hotel.
