John Cummins will present a workshop entitled
""Great" Choral Literature with "Swell" Organ Accompaniments"
for the 2007 convention

John Cummins John Cummins is the Minister of Music and Organist at First-Plymouth Congregational Church, U.C.C. and Artistic Director of Abendmusik: Lincoln. A Kentucky native, Cummins holds the Doctor of Musical Arts Degree from The Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York. From 1996-2005 he was the Organist-Choirmaster at Christ Church Cathedral in Lexington, Kentucky where he was the Director of the Friends of Cathedral Music Series, The Cathedral Choir of Men and Boys and The Cathedral Girls Choir.

An active recitalist, he has performed throughout the United States, and has been a featured performer at national conventions of the Organ Historical Society. Cummins was also the director of the MasterWorks Chorale for the Louisville Orchestra.
